This core will play a pivotal role, providing essential administrative support and program management across numerous projects and sites. Serving as the backbone of this collaborative initiative, we will be dedicated to optimizing overall program performance.
Its primary objectives include facilitating communication, addressing complexity, and fostering cohesiveness in the interdisciplinary nature of the endeavor. By streamlining administrative processes and enhancing coordination, this core aims to contribute significantly to the seamless functioning of the TBSGC, ensuring effective collaboration and progress across its diverse components.
Our fundamental aims for this program are :
Work with the PIs to manage, coordinate and supervise the projects and cores of the Program
Coordinate communications within the program, and with NIAID.
Organize and coordinate steering committee meetings.
